DESCRIPTION

Epoxyndo (05) 20.11 FDA is a paint made from two components: High Solid Polyurethane Resin and Pigment. It has a self-leveling anti-static release system.

MIXING

Package components have been weighed for optimal performance. Never share or package packages. Do not mix with hands. Stir Base A to re-issue any settlement. Add Hardener B to the Base A container and mix with slow speed drill and helical spinner head for 2 minutes, talking carefully so as not to get on the train. Transfer to a large container and add the C. filler using a force action type mixer until it is uniform. Be careful not to breathe air. Scrape the remainder of the previous mixture from the side of the drum, discard it before mixing the next package.

APPLICATION

Immediately after mixing in 1 minute the mixture spreads the topping to the primed floor to the required thickness using a steel bladed shovel, or sweep the pin set to the correct depth. Within 3 minutes of application, roll with a barbed roller. Place the boundary within 3 minutes from the previous mixed application. Max width 5 m

SURFACE PREPARATION

Blasting or scarification of heavy closed shots. All residues must be removed to provide a dry, dust-free textured surface with open aggregates. The Anchorage channel, a minimum width of 4 mm x 4 m depth, must be formed in all junction edges of the bay, column, door, water channel, and in regular centers throughout the floor.
