Armed with 17 years of experience in engineering, accompanied by a dream and a strong determination to become an entrepreneur and have his own workshop, Mr. Ashari with the support of his wife, Ms. Titik Sudiati, and her two brothers-in-law, Andi Supar Santoso and Wahyu Udoyo, solidified their intention and started a business the workshop behind the house, in January 2008. This workshop is located in Padangan hamlet RT.02 / RW.25, Sitimulyo village, Piyungan sub-district, Bantul district, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) under the name Hari Mukti Teknik. Initially, the workshop only served welding products and washing machine repairs. However, seeing the very satisfying results of the work, consumer demand began to vary. To be able to answer this request and to be able to continue to survive, like it or not, the workshop is required to expand and innovate. With a mechanical engineering education background and experience in engineering, of course this is not a big problem, it is a challenge that must be resolved. Furthermore, the workshop began to expand. The workshop no longer only serves welding products and washing machine repairs, but has begun to manufacture various industrial machines such as herbal ovens, electric ovens, rice dryers, clothes dryers, and others. However, although many products could begin to be made, the main focus remains on the production of various laundry equipment. Initially, the laundry equipment produced was a large capacity industrial laundry dryer under the brand name KANABA, which stands for Karya Anak Bantul. As time went by, the workshop continued to innovate and started producing other types of laundry equipment such as washer extractors, roll ironers, and even a carpet squeezer with the same brand and currently the workshop is located in Kuden RT 02, Sitimulyo, Padangan, Bantul. Customers of products with the KANABA brand have spread across various corners of Indonesia, such as Yogyakarta, Jakarta, West Java, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Bali, Medan, Padang, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, even Timor Leste, from hotels to hospitals. In addition to producing various laundry equipment, Hari Mukti Teknik is currently starting to penetrate the Laundry Staple industry, by presenting Universal Laundry. And thanks to the efforts of the entire HARI MUKTI TEKNIK team, in 2016 it succeeded in obtaining the SNI-ISO 9001: 2015 Certification (Indonesian National Standard) and in 2018 the HARI MUKTI TEKNIK received SNI-ISO 37001: 2016 Certification (Indonesian National Standard) from BSN (Standardization Body) National) and tested by B4T (Center for Material and Technical Products).
