Imbalance in the uneven rotor, this can cause vibration.

Vibration due to unbalanced mass components is read in the radial direction (perpendicular to the rotary axis) which also produces centrifugal force on the apparatus.

When the mass component rotates, the force will also rotate and will spread along the rotor and this vibration will be transferred to the bearing (bearing) which is the rotor's support and some points on the pad will produce more force each rotation.

With un-balance mass will cause some problems,

namely: structure damaged by fatigue (pri), more on bearings, adding voltage to the rotor, enhancing the power needed and the life of the equipment.

With the Onsite Balancing facility can save costs and time because it does not need to disassemble the fan.
