Fruit seeds are seeds of fruit trees brown chocolate that has been through the process of fermentation and drying and ready to be processed. Is the basic ingredient of chocolate making. Cocoa pods have a thick skin, about 3 cm. Flesh-called pulp not used. The pulp contains sugar and help the process of fermentation of cocoa beans.

Each cocoa pod contains 30-50 seeds seeds. Fruit Seeds brown color before fermentation and drying was white, and then changed into purplish or brownish red. Except for one variety from Peru which color the seeds remain white even been through the process of fermentation and drying.
