Activities
Top management determine organization safety policy. These policies are documented and distributed to all members in the organization. Standards and action plans are developed to realize the policies. Health and Safety department will be the coordinator of all activities that are related to safety and health program. Every member will then follow the program and participate in the activities. Accident or incident reports must be well communicated to every member to prevent reoccurrence.
3MI Consultancy Service
On a weekly base, our consultant(s) will help the company to build a good Safety Management system. We will start by developing top management policy and set company’s target. These policy and targets will be communicate to every member in the organization. We will then help to develop standards and programs to support the system according to OHSAS 18001:2007. Project duration: 6 months
