Sell Black Iron Pipes
CV. Jaya Pipa began selling Black Iron Pipes, since then, we have learned that many buyers don't know much about this great material. Simply put, black iron pipes are one of the best choices for existing gas channels. It's strong, easy to install, corrosion resistant, and keeps the airtight seal. Black coating helps prevent corrosion. Black iron pipes are usually found in drains, but have been far more popular for gas since the advent of copper, CPVC, and PEX. This is a good choice for gas for two reasons. 1) Strong, and 2) relatively easy to put together. Just like PVC, black soft iron uses pipe systems and fittings that are suitable together with compounds, not welding. Despite its name, black iron pipes are actually made of low grade "mild steel" compounds. This provides much better corrosion resistance compared to traditional cast iron pipes.
"Black iron" is a term that usually refers to a type of black-coated steel, but there are many types of black iron pipes available. The main problem with this is that there are several standards that comply with all black iron pipes. However, they are all made to handle natural gas and propane, which usually remains below 60psi. The standard black iron pipe must be suitable to guarantee a pressure rating of at least 150psi, if properly installed. Black iron is stronger than plastic pipes because it is made of metal. This is important, because gas leaks can be deadly. In the case of an earthquake or fire, this extra power can cause deadly gas from the entire house.
The black soft iron pipe is also difficult in terms of its temperature rating. While the melting point of a black iron pipe can exceed 1000F (538C), Teflon bands that hold joints together can begin to fail at around 500F (260C). When the sealant tape fails, the strength of the pipe is not a problem, because the gas will begin to leak through the connection.
One of the main advantages of black iron piping is its flexibility. This means it can be threaded without many problems. Threaded piping is easy to use because it can be connected to fittings and does not need to be welded. Like any system with threaded connections, black iron pipes and fittings require Teflon adhesive tape to make an airtight seal. Fortunately, masking tape and drugs are inexpensive and easy to apply!
Arranging a black iron gas system requires a little skill and lots of preparation. Sometimes pipes come pre-threaded in a certain length, but other times cutting and threading must be done by hand. To do this, you must hold the long pipe in a vise, cut the length with a pipe cutter, and make a thread at the end with a pipe thread. Use a lot of thread to cut the thread so as not to damage the thread.
