RADIATOR AND LUBRICATING PUMP WATER: Perhaps the most neglected component of the car or truck is the cooling system. Most vehicle owners give a quick look at the cooling system.

The cooling system of modern machines now faces two major difficulties, namely lack of lubrication and rust. Lack of lubrication leads to premature deterioration of the water pump, and also leads to thermostat attachment and improper work of the thermostat. Rust can and often causes extensive damage to the radiator.

PROBLEMS NOW: Surveys show that one in five vehicles has a cooling system damage every year, especially in the summer. A breakdown of the cooling system on private vehicles is very disturbing but such damage to commercial vehicles such as trucks or lorry or mining or construction vehicles can be disastrous and usually incurs substantial losses due to loss of production and repairs costs. One damage to a vehicle usually results in more losses than one vehicle. The combustion engine has a heat efficiency of only about 25%. The energy that is 75% wasted, mostly in the form of heat. If excessive heat is not disposed of properly, it can cause damage to both the transmission and the engine components. The cooling system must absorb and disperse about half of the heat through various mechanical and fluid components in the radiator. (only a small portion of air-cooled vehicles).

The current heat load on the vehicle has been greatly improved. In recent years the following have emerged:

1. The automobile plant has reduced radiator size to reduce production cost and material cost.
2. Increased speed of vehicles, driving with high temperatures occurs as a result of more smooth road facilities. High labor costs forced industrial vehicle operators to treat their fleets with heavier vehicles, carrying heavier loads.
3. The higher axle / gear ratio currently used, reduces r.p.m. machines result in greater engine load and transmission during acceleration and operation.
4. Reductions that are set in the exhaust emission by a slower sparking timing timing, higher thermostat opening temperatures, poorer air / fuel ratio of mixtures and additional burning aids lead to higher refrigerant temperatures.
5. Use of larger trailers and caravans, resulting in more engine heat to be absorbed by refrigerants.
6. Increased usage of automatic transmission by cooling the oil in the radiator outlet tank gives more weight to the radiator.
7. The decrease in engine compression ratio allows the use of low-octane fuel, which causes a decrease in the thermal efficiency of the brakes and this increases heat dissipation.
8. The increasing interest in the use of the vehicle's air conditioner means that the heat from the passenger compartment is discharged by a condenser located just in the radius flow path of the radiator. This results in an increase in ambient air temperature on the radiator which then suppresses the temperature difference between cold air and radiator.

OMEGA 906 - RESOLUTION: Omega 906 answers 98% of all cooling system problems by performing the following functions:
1. Increase the boiling point of water so as to enlarge the difference of cold air and radiator, which increases radiator heat transfer.
2. Stopping the vacuum of the water pump, allowing a larger flow rate of refrigerant
3. Inhibits corrosion. As is commonly known, several different types of metals are used in the construction of radiators including cast iron, copper, steel, aluminum, brass and solder. These metals are placed separately in galvanic scale and galvanic action processes will arise unless using Omega 906. Omega 906 inhibits corrosion of all metals.
4. A number of different waters are used in cooling systems and most contain high minerals. This leads to the deposition of minerals even in the hottest parts of the engine and limits and precludes heat transfer from the engine block.
