NBR, a nitrile rubber sheet that is specially formulated to prevent oil attacks. Which means its mechanical properties remain intact even in direct contact with oils and fats.
Nitrile rubber sheets have more durability in direct contact in the oil industry, hydrocarbons, kerosene, and high temperatures. Nitrile rubber sheets are used also in sealing process, food processing industry, health industry. In the electronics industry nitrile rubber sheet is used as an oil or dielectric transformer on electrical installations and equipment.
Resistance to oil is very good
Good mechanical properties are mainly tensile strength, flexibility, compression resistance and impermeability to gas
Able to be used in temperatures between -20 degrees Celsius to above 120 degrees Celsius
It has good adhesion properties to metal
It has resistance to chemical elements and inorganic chemical products, hydrocarbons except antioxidant agents and chlorine. Not recommended for use with polar liquids such as ketones, ether, amines and resistances to be limited to aromatic hydrocarbons.
Maintenance of industry
Food processing industry and health
XNBR, for industries that use high abrasion fatty materials.
HNBR, for industries that use fats and oils in high temperatures.
