The Koehler Automatic Distillation Analyzer is designed to analyze the optimal distillation of gasoline, fuel, oil, solvents, aromatics, napthas, kerosenes, hydrocarbons, and other volatile products to ensure compliance with rigid quality control standards. Analyzer automatically tests, the results of the process, and generates reports in accordance with the standard of ASTM, ISO, DIN and related international test specifications.
Each Koehler Automatic Distillation Unit comes ready with equipment, accessories, and features as standard to properly manage groups of 0-4 per ASTM D86 distillation and associated test specification. No additional accessories are required. Windows® based software package allows simple operator selection of programmable settings for each protocol distillation. There are no complicated routines that are required to setup the unit. user-defined programs are easily created for the customization of the analyzer.
Dry point can be detected visually or by automatic detection for ASTM D850 and D1078 test method. The unit is delivered ready with components of the PC board is included as standard for analysis of dry point. It only requires additional accessories dry point thermocouple, 200ml flask, and PTFE plug in order to analyze the dry point detection automatically.

Automatic Distillation Analyzer 5000 series can be ordered for operation with an external PC (sold separately) or can be ordered with a built-in PC, an internal touch screen, virtual keyboard and mouse.
