What is Beras Merah

How to cook the right brown rice to make it more delicious

1. Wash with running water


Before you cook it, make sure you wash the brown rice first. Wash brown rice using running water, because washing it with running water can remove dirt that is still attached to the remnants of the husk of the rice mill.

2. Soak the brown rice first
